Return Policy

All parts, accessories and tools that D & M Auto Parts sells are returnable for full credit within 60 days, except if marked "Special Order not returnable".

Prior authorization is not necessary to return stock parts to D & M

Please include a simple note explaining the nature of the return, i.e. new part no longer needed, core return, defective item, incorrect part etc.

Please include either a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number and date as well as your email address.

Make sure all parts are returned in their original un-altered, un-marked boxes.

Returns routinely take 2 weeks to process. We will issue credit for the part only, this does not include shipping. if credit is needed urgently, please notify us and we will expedite
