Warranty Policies and Procedures

All Ancra International LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material or work­manship for a period of three (3) months from date of shipment. During this period Ancra International LLC will at its option, repair or replace without charge any products or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or unauthorized repair. Defect products must be returned to Ancra International LLC within the above repair. Ancra will bear no cost of the return transportation. Contact customer service for details.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Ancra International LLC be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of vehi­cle, cargo or profits.

Repair and Return Procedures

Ancra International LLC will at its option repair or replace without charge any products or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. Returns must be authorized through our customer service department at 800-233-5138.

Handling of Alleged Defectives

Defect products must be returned to Ancra International LLC within three (3) months from date of shipment, transportation prepaid. Ancra will bear the cost of return transportation. Contact cus­tomer service for details.
