Warranty

ARI warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  Its obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of any part which shall, within a period of time as stated below, be returned to ARI with transportation charges prepaid and which upon examination, shall disclose to have been thus defective and not subject to misuse, improper application or installation, abuse or accident.  This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on its part and ARI, neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products,

A.   Twelve (12) months after receipt of the defective product by the user of the product,
Or

B. At such time as the vehicle in which the product has been installed is driven 12,000 miles after

such installation, whichever occurs first.

The above-mentioned warranty applies to the following product lines:

   Remanufactured Calipers

   Power Brake Units

   Complete Clutch Sets and Clutch components

   Resurfaced and New Flywheels

C.   A limited lifetime warranty is extended on the following product lines:

   Remanufactured and New Driveline Components

   Power Steering

   Rack& Pinion

D.   A 3% allowance is given off invoice in lieu of alleged defective return privileges on the following
product lines:

ARI & Delta branded Friction Material, Brake Hardware, Brake Hydraulics, Shoes, Drums, Rotors, Hubs and AXXIS Branded Friction.

Our liability from all causes is limited to the value of the goods sold or furnished.  No other liability is expressed or implied.  Any request for warranty must be submitted in writing to ARI giving full particulars as to the type of use, application, and length of use.  This warranty request along with the unit must be returned to our factory for analysis and warranty decision.
