Distributor's Return Privileges And Disclaimer Of All Implied Warranties, Consequential Damages Or Other Liability

If any products sold by Beck/Arnley are damaged or defective when sold, then Beck/Arnley will replace such products or credit the distributor for the purchase price. Return/Credit privileges apply only to products proven to be defective within the applicable warranty period. Unless otherwise stipulated in the following warranties, the duration of warranty period for Beck/Arnley branded product is 90 days or 4,000 miles. The return/credit privileges does not apply to (i) accidents, alterations, negligence, misuse, wrong application or incorrect installation which results in or con-tributes to product failure; (ii) products installed on commercial, fleet, racing, off road, marine, or industrial motor vehicles; (iii) any products, if the specific warranty for such products is not applicable by its terms. Beck/Arnley's obligation under return/credit privileges is limited to replacement of defective products. Cost of removal and installation in not covered. The return/credit privileges are granted only to the Beck/Arnley customer (distributor) who purchased the products from Beck/Arnley. No customers of Beck/Arnley may make any warranties on behalf of Beck/Arnley with respect to any Beck/Arnley products to any consumer or customer to which it sells Beck/Arnley products.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY HEREIN. The warranty does not apply to (i) accidents, alterations, negligence, misuse, wrong application or incorrect installation which results in or contributes to product failure; (ii) products installed on commercial, fleet, racing, off road, or industrial motor vehicles. Proper installation of a new clutch set includes installing all the components pro-

vided and either resurfacing or replacing the flywheel. Failure to do so, or using air impact tools to install the cover assembly, will void the warranty. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Good to the original purchaser for the life of the engine on which it was originally installed.

Federal-Mogul, as Manufacturer, warrants solely to the original purchaser and only as installed on the engine/ application on which it was originally installed that this custom spark plug wire set is free from defects in material and/or workmanship and under normal operating conditions will not fail over the entire life of the engine. Federal-Mogul does not warrant this product when transferred on to another engine or when installed on engines/ applications used for commercial purposes. Under this warranty, Manufacturer's obligation is limited to replacement of the defective spark plug wire set. Cost of removal and installation is not included. If failure should occur, return defective spark plug wire set with invoice or sales receipt for verification and replacement under this warrant to:

2. Another authorized dealer in your state.

Federal-Mogul, is not responsible for injury, property damage or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly out of the use of this product.

The period of all implied warranties applicable to this spark plug wire set, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the entire life of the engine on which it was originally installed for so long as the engine is owned by the original purchaser of the spark plug wire set.
