(BHK) Limited Warranty PROFESSIONAL USE What the Warranty covers: Equipment Services, Inc. warrants all parts of its collision repair equipment sold to the original end user, are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. What the Warranty does not cover: Equipment Services, Inc. does not cover parts damaged due to misuse, alteration, lack of maintenance, damage, corrosion, exposure to chemicals, non-standard installation, abuse or accident. This warranty does not cover products repaired by anyone except Equipment Services, Inc. authorized personnel. What the period of coverage is: Commencing at the date of product delivery:
How you (the customer) can get service: Contact your local Blackhawk sales representative or contact Blackhawk at 1-800-558-4206. What will we do to correct the problem: During the warranty period Equipment Services, Inc. will repair or replace the defective components of the frame machine. A Return Goods Authorization is required for products, which are returned to Equipment Services, Inc., and they must be sent prepaid. Replaced or repaired products will be returned to you freight prepaid. To receive warranty on Blackhawk chains - BOTH pieces must be returned with broken link. How State Law Relates to the Warranty: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Limitation of Warranty: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WAR-RANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EQUIPMENT SERVICES, INC., EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR-POSE. The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to so limit seller's liability.
