Warranty

Chicago Rawhide warrants that CR seals and bearings when installed in accordance with CR instructions, to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the first user/purchaser.

Chicago Rawhide will replace without charge, including transportation, all parts that fail due to defective material or workmanship. Malfunctions or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misap­plication, improper installation or normal wear and tear are not covered by this Warranty.

It is expressly agreed that this Warranty is in lieu of any other warranties and liabilities, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose and any liability for consequential damages arising out of the use of the product sold hereunder. The foregoing states seller's entire and exclusive liability and buyer's exclusive and sole remedy. Seller will in no event be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damage or expense aris­ing directly or indirectly from any defect in its goods or from the use thereof, nor is any other per­son authorized to assume for seller any such liability.

NAPA BEARINGS

Lifetime Limited Warranty

NAPA warrants to the original purchaser that any NAPA Bearing found to be defective in manufac­ture, material or workmanship, or which fails or wears out in normal use, will be exchanged without charge. Where the NAPA bearing is installed in a private passenger car or light truck that is used in normal driving conditions, the warranty shall remain in effect as long as the original purchaser of the bearing owns the vehicle in which the bearing is installed. If the NAPA Bearing is installed other than in a private passenger car or light truck, the warranty period shall be 90 days from purchase.

To make a claim under this warranty the original purchaser must return the defective or worn out NAPA Bearing with date proof of purchase documents to the NAPA location where purchased for verification and exchange under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover 1) bearings that fail due to improper installation, faulty repair, abuse, misuse, neglect, or damage from shipping, mishandling or accident; 2) to the extent such exclu­sions are allowed by law, this warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle, commercial loss or other consequential damages; 3) cost of the removal of installation of the war­ranted parts or other parts.

^Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
