LIGHT DUTY - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY STATEMENT
For as long as you own the vehicle, Clevite Engine Parts and Perfect Circle Piston Rings warrants their products against defects in material and workmanship when used on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions when properly installed and maintained. The warranty does not extend to: (1) any losses due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper application or (2) products that have been altered. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product and does not cover removal or installation or any other direct or indirect expense.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, AND IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Dana will grant a credit or, at its option, replace the product or component part thereof that is determined to be defective. The product will be credited or replaced only upon presentation of the original invoice. The warranty does not extend to: (1) any losses due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper installation, maintenance or application or (2) products that have been altered.
