Warranty Policy

1.  The Artiglio Master (AM26), 12 months for both parts and labor

2.      The EM8540 Wheel balancer, 12 months parts and labor with the exception of the computer
board which is 24 months (the second 12 months on the board is only parts).

3.      Rubber pads, hoses, airlines, lubricants, swabs/brushes and accessories are warrantied for 90
days, parts only.

4.      Customer must call our toll free service number, 800-232-2190. Our service tech will speak with
the customer to determine the problem and then dispatch the nearest Service Center to the
machine in question.

5.      The customer and/or NAPA representative should not call the service centers direct, they
should use our toll free  number for displacement of a service center.  This process has been set
up in order for us to have complete records of anything that is done on a Corghi product and/or
to make sure our service centers are handling any service required in a timely manner.
