Limited Warranty

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Coats Computer Wheel Balancers described below are fit for normal use and service and are free from defects in materials and workmanship existing when these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

(1)              &n bsp;       2 years on motor and 2 years on printed circuit board.

(2)      5 years on motor and 3 years on printed circuit board.

(3)    For 1 year end-user pays freight to Authorized Service Center, Hennessy pays return
freight to end user.

(4)      90 days on Model 520 Wheel Lift

(5)      For 1 year Hennessy provides balancer head exchange service and pays freight to and from
factory for user installation.

All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.

THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, free of charge including labor per the above schedule, by the designated HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. Authorized Service Center. This warranty shall not apply when failure is caused by the purchaser's misuse, abuse, neg­lect or by unauthorized alterations or repairs. HENNESSY INDUSTRIES INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original using purchaser and is not assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law. This warranty applies only to equipment sold and used in Canada and the United States (excluding U.S. possessions such as Guam and Puerto Rico). For equipment sold and/or used outside of Canada or the United States of America, no warranty is made or implied, except the warranty available by and through HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.'s authorized importer/ distributor in the country in which the equipment is used.

This warranty shall not apply to regular maintenance required in the ordinary course of use of the above specified products, ordinary wear and tear or items or supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or worn out in the normal course of use of the products specified above.

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements to its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products previously manu­factured. Correction of defects by repair or replacement shall be THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this warranty and shall satisfy all warranty obligations on the part of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.

Tire Changers

HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Coats Tire Changers and Inflation Equipment products described below are fit for normal use and service and are free from defects in materials and work­manship existing when these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

(1)              &nb sp;        Air Chuck, Belts, and Gauges are warranted for 90 days.

(2)       For 1 year end user pays freight to Authorized Service Center, Hennessy pays return freight to
end user.

(3)      5 years - Transmission Only

All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.
