(DG) Brothers Research Corporation warrants all products manufactured under brand name "DURA-GLOSS" to be free from defects in product and components under normal use. Any defect is to be returned to Brothers Research promptly after claim of defect. Such warranty ceases if following applies: 1. 90 Days after receipt of the defective product by the user. The above-mentioned warranty applies to the following branded products: DURAGLOSS Brothers Research makes no warranties, expressed or implied, except expressly set forth above. No warranty of merchantability or use for a particular purpose. BROTHERS RESEARCH'S liability for defective products is limited to replacement of product or credit of said product. Liability Limitations Liability is limited to replacement of product or credit and is the exclusive remedy for all warranties arising from a defective condition of a DURAGLOSS product, whether such failure is caused by Seller's negligence or otherwise. Seller will have no obligation to the vehicle owner or others for incidental or consequential damages arising from the defective condition of a DURAGLOSS product to the extent of the law.
