(ECH, CRB) Limited Warranty Your new NAPA Echlin product is
warranted to you, the original customer, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year
from the date of installation. NAPA Echlin will repair or replace the NAPA Echlin product if it is proven
defective under normal use and service. The NAPA Echlin product must be shipped prepaid or
delivered to a participating This warranty does not include labor or cover the cost of any other components or labor required to restore the motor vehicle to its proper operating condition. This warranty does not apply to NAPA Echlin products that have been: 1) altered; 2) improperly installed, maintained or repaired; 3) damaged by accident, negligence or misuse; 4) used in commercial, public or governmental vehicles. Any implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded after one (1) year. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. For further information regarding this Limited Warranty, contact your local NAPA Auto Parts store; NAPA Distribution Center; or NAPA Echlin, c/o Standard Motor Products, 37-18 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, N.Y. 11101-1616, Attention: Product Assistance Group, 1-800-732-4832. The shipment of remanufactured fuel injector and cruise control cores is changing. In the past, NAPA Distribution Centers have shipped these cores to as many as three separate locations. This change is designed to improve the flow of these returns and improve credit turn around time. Effective immediately, all of the above mentioned cores are to be shipped to the single location listed below. Any combination of the above units may be shipped on a single DC RGN. Please list cores by product category and pack large core shipments by product group as well. All other core returns protocols remain the same. Jobbers are directed to return cores to their servicing DC and follow established return procedures. Thank you for your cooperation and your business.
