FEDERAL MOGUL (MPB) 5 Year, 50,000 Mile Warranty Good to the original purchaser for the warranty period stated. Federal-Mogul, as Manufacturer, warrants solely to the original purchaser and only as installed on the engine/ application on which it was originally installed that this battery cable is free from defects in material and/or workmanship and under normal operating conditions will not fail during the stated warranty period. Federal-Mogul does not warrant this product when transferred on to another engine or when installed on engines/ applications used for commercial purposes. Under this warranty, Manufacturer's obligation is limited to replacement of the defective battery cable. Cost of removal and installation is not included. If failure should occur, return defective battery cable with invoice or sales receipt for verification and replacement under this Warranty to: 1. The Selling Dealer 2. Another authorized dealer in your state. Federal-Mogul, is not responsible for injury, property damage or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly out of the use of this product. The period of all implied warranties applicable to this battery cable, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the stated warranty period for so long as the engine is owned by the original purchaser of the battery cable.
