All products are covered by a 1-year/12,000 mile warranty (whichever occurs first).

The warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product for the application listed in the catalog and does not apply to commercial, fleet, heavy duty or off road applications. All prod­ucts that are claimed to be defective must be returned for laboratory testing and technical evalu­ation. The company will, at its option, replace or repair any merchandise proven defective in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to other incidental or consequential claims for claims for labor or replacement of other parts. The warranty does not apply to products that are altered, improperly installed/maintained, repaired or damaged by acci­dent, negligence or misuse.

All products are covered by a 5-years/50,000 mile warranty (whichever occurs first).

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FIT­NESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. EXCEPT THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES AVAILABLE.
