DAN A (MRC) Warranty Satisfaction is guaranteed from Master Ride Chassis Parts. If the part is defective in materials or workmanship, return the part to a NAPA Auto Parts Store distributing Master Ride Chassis Parts to claim either a free replacement part or a full refund of the purchase price. This warranty is limited to the refund or the replacement of the product and does not cover removal or installation or any other direct or indirect expense. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose arising by operation of law or otherwise, and in no event will seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation my not apply to you.
