NAPA/ECONO-BODY
The Martin-Senour company warrants that NAPA/ECONO-BODY products (supplied by the Martin-Senour Co.) are free of defects and meets standard specifications. All claims regarding product defect or failure of ECONO-BODY products shall not exceed buyer e purchase price. Buyer assumes all risk and liabilities in the proper handling and application of products. Martin-Senour will assist the NAPA Stores with the full technical information in the research of ECONO-BODY products, application questions and complaints.
To make claim under this warranty, return the alleged defective Package and Product with the purchase receipt to your NAPA AUTO PARTS Store for verification and exchange. This does not cover removal or re-application or any other direct or indirect expenses.

Equipment, Tools, Etc.
All Martin-Senour equipment, tools, etc., are covered with a full one-year warranty from date of receipt. This warranty does not cover items that have been damaged, mutilated, altered, misused, or abused. All warranty claims must be made through the Martin-Senour company.
All warranty of electronic components for equipment, electronic scales, microfiche viewers, motors, etc. must be placed through manufacturer listed on nameplate.
No returns to the factory without written approval for replacement/inspection will be accepted, items will be returned at original shipper's expense.
This warranty is for the sole benefit of the original end user and is not assignable or transferable. The term "Original End User" in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person or entity for whom the unit is originally installed.
