Limited Warranty

Automotive Importing Mfg, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as AIM) warrants to the original purchaser that the manufacturer's product shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a peri­od of 36 months from the date of installation for non-commercial use cars and light trucks and 90 days for commercial, industrial, off-road, marine and/or high performance vehicles. This warran­ty is void if product is abused in operation, disassembled or otherwise tampered with, improperly installed, or installed on vehicles for which it is not intended. Although extreme caution has been made to ensure that each unit is correctly marked, AIM assumes no responsibility for liability or consequential damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF AIM EXTEND BEYOND REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO MATERIALS USED OR LABOR INVOLVED IN INSTALLATION. AIM ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Products returned under the provisions of this warranty must be returned by the original purchaser and be in the AIM/Pro Series box.

This warranty statement contains all warranties made by AIM and is in lieu of any other warranties made, expressed or implied. No modifications to this warranty shall be binding upon AIM.
