Limited Warranty: This battery tester is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Midtronics will, at our option, repair the unit or replace the unit with a remanufactured tester. This limited warranty applies only to Midtronics battery tester and does not cover any other equipment, static damage, water damage, overvoltage, dropping the unit or damage resulting from extraneous causes including owner misuse. Midtronics is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty. The warranty is void if owner attempts to disassemble the unit, or to modify the cable assembly. The seller warrants to the original purchaser that this battery charger will be repaired or replaced if it fails during the warranty period, due to defects in material or workmanship. A dated purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims. Take product with dated purchase receipt to your local NAPA Auto Parts store for warranty claim. This Limited Warranty Excludes: Failure arising from improper use, maintenance or operation. Product that has been opened or tampered with in any way. Input or Output cables or clamps that are worn out from use or improper use. Damage of product caused by willful abuse or neglect. Product replacement with like product is
the only option to the consumer covered by this limited warranty. Some stated do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other legal rights that vary from state to state may exist. Midtronics determines that the failure was caused by misuse, alteration,
accident or abnormal condition of operation or handling, purchaser
will be billed for the repaired product
and unit will be returned freight prepaid with freight charges added to the
