GATES (NBH) Limited Warranty For The Life Of The Merchandise Merchandise is warranted to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for the life of the merchandise. Damage from misuse, abuse or
gradual wear from normal use are excluded from this warranty. The Gates
Rubber Company will, at its option, replace or repair any merchandise proved
defective in material or workmanship, or
both, during the warranty period. This is the exclusive remedy. For warranty service please

HYOSHI TIMING BELT COMPONENT KIT LIMITED WARRANTY This kit is warranted, to the first vehicle owner only, against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days after purchase of the kit. There is no other warranty, express or implied, including no warranty of merchantability or for a particular purpose. Color fade and color difference among belts are not warranted. This warranty will be automatically voided by collision, engine overheating or oil starvation, any use not recommended in writing by Gates, belt contamination with oil or antifreeze, improper installation, incorrect belt tension or other abuse. This warranty will also be void if the components of the kit are used in racing or any other competitive activity. Upon receipt of the purchase receipt and the components, Gates will determine in its sole judgment if the kit complies with this warranty. The purchaser's only remedy under this warranty will be delivery of a replacement kit. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded under this warranty. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF LIMITATION OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
