DANA (NCP) NAPA CHASSIS Lifetime Limited Warranty For as long as you own the vehicle, NAPA Precision Engineered Chassis Parts and Spicer U-Joints warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship when used on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions when properly installed and maintained. The warranty does not extend to 1) any losses due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper application; 2) products that have been altered. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product and does not cover removal or installation or any other direct or indirect expense. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose arising by operation of law or otherwise, and in no event will seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to private passenger cars and light trucks, up to and including one (1) ton. There is absolutely no warranty implied or otherwise on parts used in competition (racing) applications. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state. To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective part with the purchase receipt to the installing dealer or your NAPA Auto Parts Store for verification and exchange. No claims for products alleged to be defective will be allowed until DANA Brake and Chassis has had a reasonable opportunity to examine the product. Product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase or one hundred thousand (100,000) miles, whichever occurs first. DANA BRAKE and CHASSIS will grant a credit or, at its option, replace the product or component part thereof that is determined to be defective. The product will be credited or replaced only upon presentation of the original invoice.
