Limited Lifetime Warranty - CV SHAFTS

CAR COMPONENT TECHNOLOGIES warrants your Remanufactured Car Component Technologies Drive Shaft Units to you, the original purchaser, to be free from defects and workmanship and against wear-out, under normal operating conditions, for as long as you own the covered vehicle on which on product was originally installed, except 4WD units. Those are one year warranty. Car Component Technologies obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the Car Component Technologies Drive Shaft Units and is subject to inspection of the defective or worn-out product.

To make a claim under this warranty, you must return the Car Component Technologies Constant Velocity Drive Shaft to a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store and bring with you proof of pur­chase and the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card must be completely filled out by the installer or you, the original purchaser.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR COVER THE COST OF ANY OTHER COMPONENTS OR LABOR REQUIRED TO RESTORE THE DRIVE AXLE TO ITS PROPER OPERATING CONDITION.

This warranty applies to domestic and import cars, private vans, and light trucks. It does not apply to, off-highway recreational use, or off-highway competition.

This Warranty will be void if the installed Car Component Technologies Constant Velocity Drive Shaft Unit have been misused, altered, improperly installed, maintained, repaired, or damaged by accident or through negligence.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED AFTER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER SELL OR DIS­POSES OF THE COVERED VEHICLE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSE­QUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, or, the exclusion or limi­tation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

USED ON A NON-CATALOGUED APPLICATION AND VOID IF INSTALLED ON A MODIFIED VEHICLE OR OFF ROAD USE VEHICLES.
