KIMBERLY-CLARK (NPP) Warranty Kimberly-Clark warrants that the Product sold hereunder shall be in accordance with Kimberly-Clark's standard specifications. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Kimberly-Clark shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature or kind whatsoever, and in no event shall Kimberly-Clark's liability for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the amount of the purchase price of the Product purchased hereunder with respect to which damages are claimed. 160
