TOMCO (NRC) Limited Ninety (90) Day Warranty For Tomco Products Tomco will accept return of NAPA/Tomco products as warranty subject to the following requirements: The Tomco Technical Assistance line must have been called in an attempt to prevent the warranty return. The
carburetor must be returned in a NAPA/Tomco sales box with the The original or a copy of the original sales receipt must be packed with the carburetor in the box, and must be dated no more then 120 days prior to the date the carburetor is received by Tomco. A separate RGN packing slip must accompany any NAPA/Tomco warranty return units. Credit for units meeting the warranty requirements will be determined by the factory imprinted part number on the box and valued at the Exchange and Core prices as specified on the NAPA/Tomco price list current at the time of return. Normal ground U.P.S. freight charges incurred will be included with the warranty credit. Any Tomco warranty received which fails to meet any or all of the above requirements, will be considered to be a core and will be credited as specified under Section 3 Core Returns From Sale of Tomco Product*, or the unit will be returned to the NAPA distribution center involved, if desired. Tomco does not guarantee or warranty the proper application of the purchased carburetor and/or the competence of the installer. Tomco assumes no liability and will not pay for labor, damage and/or towing claims which are caused by or arise from the installation or use of the purchased carburetor. Tomco does not warranty any defects of the purchased carburetor caused by negligence after purchase, misuse, collisions or other accidents, or any unauthorized or unreasonable use including, but not limited to, improper application and installation of the purchased carburetor. Tomco reserves the right to make changes or improvements in
products previously purchased by Tomco agrees to have
R.M.D.S. pick up warranties at the Tomco neither assumes any liability for nor authorizes any person, agent, distributor, dealer, service facility or company to change, modify, supplement or amend this Limited Warranty or assume for us any warranty or liability connection with the remanufacturing, sale, shipment or use of our products. Nor does Tomco authorize any other person, service facility or company to make any qualitative determination as to the fitness of our products. TOMCO (NRC) *3 Core Returns From
Tomco's sales of carburetors includes the sale of the cores to such carburetors. Cores generated by the sale of Tomco product may be returned to Tomco subject to the following terms and as specified in the terms and conditions printed on the reverse of each invoice. All cores must be
returned in the original NAPA/Tomco sales box with the Individual core credit will be determined by the factory imprinted part number on the box and will be issued at the core prices listed on the Price List in effect at the time of return. Cores can be returned for core credit only. There are no cash core refunds allowed. If a core is received in the NAPA/Tomco sales box, but without the store number written on the box, core credit will be issued for the factory identified part number of the core itself, and not by the part number on the box. Loose cores (those not returned in a NAPA/Tomco sales box) will be credited at $3.00 each. Cores received at our factory by the 20th of the month will be credited to your account that same month. Anticipation of credits is not allowed. Cores received after the 20th of the month will be credited the following month. Tomco agrees to have
