Warranty

Schrader Bridgeport International, Inc., disclaims all express and implied warranties of mer­chantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Schrader Bridgeport International, Inc., also dis­claims liability for personal injury, property damage or consequential damages.

If within 30 days of delivery of goods, Schrader Bridgeport International, Inc., advised that goods are defective, and confirms that they are defective, Schrader Bridgeport International, Inc., will repair or replace such goods, or at Schrader Bridgeport International, Inc.'s option, will refund the purpose price for such defective goods.

Handling of Alleged Defectives

1.   All of NAPA Tire Hardware items are to processed through Processors Unlimited with the excep­
tion of the following numbers:

NOTE: The 90-700 through 90-799, the 90-7000 through 90-7999 series of filters, regula­tors and lubricators, 90-460 through 90-469 series of inflator gauges and 90-201, 90-202, 90-3000MC and 90-351 are exempt from Processors Unlimited.

2. The items noted above are to be returned to the following address with a DC RGN attached as
well as a return authorization number assigned by tech service.
