All NAPA Timing Products Except Hi-Performance Products Limited Lifetime Warranty

NAPA Timing warrants its products (except Hi-Performance Products and Timing Belts*) to the original retail purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal operat­ing conditions for as long as such purchaser owns the vehicle in which such product is originally installed. This warranty does not apply to products which have been altered, repaired or improperly installed.

NAPA Timing will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any warranted product which proves to be defective in material or workmanship, provided (i) the original purchaser returns the defective product, transportation charges prepaid, to NAPA Timing with proof of purchase and (ii) NAPA Timing's examination discloses to its satisfaction that the product was defective.

No charge for labor, freight or other expenses incurred in the repair, removal or replacement of any product claimed to be defective will be paid by NAPA Timing and NAPA Timing shall not be liable for any expense incurred by the original purchaser to remedy any defect in the product.

THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO NAPA TIMING'S IMMEDIATE PURCHASER OR THE USER OF ITS PRODUCTS AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. NAPA TIMING NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVES OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUD­ING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

^Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

*Timing belts are covered under the NAPA Belts & Hose Warranty.
