GMB (NUJ) Limited Lifetime Warranty - GMB (STANDARD AND PERFORMANCE UNIVERSAL JOINTS) Our Universal Joints are manufactured with all new materials and components and tested under rigorous quality control. Our Universal Joints are designed to meet or exceed the original equipment they replace and carry a limited lifetime warranty. If our Universal Joint fails to function due to manufacturer's defect in material or workman-ship, return the Universal Joint to the place of purchase, with the sales receipt as proof of purchase, and the original purchaser will receive a new replacement free of charge. Our sole responsibility pursuant to the terms of this warranty, if any, shall be the replacement of this product as indicated above. We cannot be responsible for damages due to abuse, mishandling, improper installation, labor claims or any consequential damages, for personal injury, damage to property or inconvenience. The above warranty statement incorporates the exclusive expression of warranties by us and is in lieu of any and all other warranties whether expressed or implied.
