Warranty

Should at anytime, a NAPA/Airtex new water pump fail to function due to manufacturer's defect in material or workmanship when installed on vehicles as specified by the Original Equipment manufac­turer and/or as cataloged by NAPA; then upon return of pump and proof of purchase to local par­ticipating NAPA AUTO PARTS store, the original purchaser will receive a NAPA/Airtex new water pump in exchange at no charge.

This warranty does not apply to any NAPA new water pump, which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to any NAPA new water pump installed on a vehicle, which has been modified from the original manufacturer, e.g., fan or fan clutch extensions, additional pulleys, or power take off drives.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by improper installation, mishandling or other abuse. NAPA/Airtex will not be responsible for the cost of related parts, labor charges or inci­dental expenses, nor for any consequential damages, personal injury or damage to property. ^Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limi­tation may not apply to you.

There are no other warranties other than as stated herein. The sole responsibility of NAPA/Airtex under this warranty shall be the replacement of the pump as stated above.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
