OTC WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

SPX Repair and Warranty Policy by Product Group

Electronic Product - Repair and Warranty Procedure (all products repair and return only)

If unit is non-functional, call OTC Tech Service - 800-533-6127 for assistance and/or a RGA

number. Product problems or operational error will be determined at that time. Product for repair

must be shipped freight prepaid to:

1.  Unit must be returned with a copy of the sales receipt.

2.     Enclose name, address, and phone number.

3.     Enclose a note describing the problem.

A.    If determined to be under warranty, unit will be repaired or replaced at no-charge.

B.    If determined not under warranty, unit will be replaced or repaired for a nominal fee.

Hydraulics and Equipment - Repair and Warranty Procedure

If unit is non-functional, unit is to be taken to the closest OTC Authorized Hydraulic Service Center for service and repair, or returned to OTC, freight prepaid. Call 800-533-6127 for the name of the nearest service center to you.

A.    If determined to be under warranty, unit will be repaired or replaced at no-charge.

B.    If determined not under warranty, unit will be replaced or repaired for a nominal fee.

Product required service and/or repair should be returned to OTC, freight prepaid: OTC Service Solutions Repair Department 655 Eisenhower Drive Owatonna, MN 55060

A.    If determined to be under warranty, unit will be repaired or replaced at no-charge.

B.    If determined not under warranty, unit will be replaced or repaired for a nominal fee.
