PENNZOIL PRODUCTS COMPANY (PEN, QO, QSL) Pennzoil Stands Behind The Products It Manufactures In the unlikely event that any customer suffers component damage as a direct result of the use of a Pennzoil product, Pennzoil will pay the cost of necessary repairs provided that the Pennzoil prodÂuct was used as recommended by Pennzoil and that the damaged component was maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Proof of proper maintenance will be required. Customers who claim to have suffered component damage as a result of the use of any Pennzoil product must provide a sample of the product actually used in the damaged component for testing purposes. Any damaged component must be available for inspection. Limited Warranty THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, RENTAL VEHICLE EXPENSE OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
