Warranty Items - Policy and Procedures

All products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. There are no other implied warranties.

Fax or mail copy of Distribution Center RGN to Phillips Industries Customer Service and Phillips will forward a written copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is required prior to returning merchandise. All returns must have a RMA number referenced on the box.

NAPA AUTO PARTS store is to return alleged defective items to the Distribution Center for credit. After inspection by the NAPA HD Sales Representative, a written copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to returning merchandise, fax or mail copy of alleged defecĀ­tive product to 800-597-7757 Attention Stella Galvan and the RMA will be issued. All returns must have an RMA number referenced on the box. If the total amount of the alleged defective prodĀ­uct is valued under $100 at DC Net, then the product can be destroyed in field and no return is necessary.
