Warranty Policies and Procedures

Repair and Return Procedures:

All AC, ATF and AF units are Repair and Return Only. When service is needed, the end user can call Tech Service line at 800-328-2921 for directions.

Handling of Alleged Defectives

If a Portable Power unit (PPS) fails within 30 days of sale to the end user, an over the counter exchange is allowed.  Any Warranty claims occurring after 30 days of purchase date must be sent to a Clore Automotive authorized service center for repair and return.  The NAPA DC will then request an authorization from Clore Automotive for return and credit.  Request needs to faxed to Customer service on a DC RGN. Jobber request needs to have proof of sale accompany the RGN.

All AC............. 2 Years Parts, 1 Year Labor

All ATF............ 1 Year Parts and Labor

All AF............. 1 Year Parts and Labor

All PPS............ 1 Year Repair and Return; Freight pre-paid 1 way to Clore or return to Local

Out of Warranty Service Guidelines

After the warranty has expired, the customer may choose to call Tech Service or deal directly with a service center of their choice.

Rebate Policies

Government /School Program

Product line:           SOR

Qualification:         Proof of Sale at Jobber net or less to a qualified Government Agency

Registration:         Not Required

Approval Process: Credit Request along with proof of sale to be mailed to Clore Automotive

Compensation:      Clore Automotive will CREDIT the DC 10% of their regular DC net cost.

Demo Program Details

NAPA DSM can use up to 2 demo units per calendar year. Demo unit credit request to include a bill of sale to the end user at a 35% discount attached to DC RGN for 35% credit at regular DC net.
