Tire and Rim Service Tools, Specialty Tools, Sledge Hammers and C-Clamps Limited Warranty

Our tire and rim service tools, specialty tools, sledgehammers and c-clamps are guaranteed for fit­ness and merchantability. Any tool, where adjustment is asked for, should be returned to the Distribution Center, provided it has been used for the purposes for which it was designed. Tools that have been abused, heated, ground, subjected to unreasonable leverage or have worn out in nor­mal usage cannot be adjusted.

Many of our items are made up of components. Often, only a part will need adjustment. When this is the case, a replacement part should be requested by the D.C. on a no-charge basis (particularly vises).

Hammer replacement handles: in most cases, handles returned for adjustment have been abused or broken through no fault of the manufacturer. It is necessary to be very strict when adjusting handles. Discourage any return every time a handle breaks. A hammer should never be adjusted when only the handle is broken. Replacement handles are available.

NOTE: No products will be returned or warranted without authorization by our factory representa­tive. Under no circumstances will an obsolete unit be adjusted under warranty. Under no circum­stances will a wooden handle ever be adjusted if it has not been permanently branded NAPA Specialty Tools or Ken-Tool.

Vises

Limited Warranty

Workshop Vises - K55 and K65

Vises are warranted for a period of one (1) year with proof of purchase. In most cases, the broken or defective part will be replaced free of charge. Under no circumstances will complete vises be war­ranted without prior authorization.

Mechanic's Vises - KT4650 and KT4800

Vises are warranted for a period of one (1) year with proof of purchase. In most cases, the broken or defective part will be replaced free of charge. Under no circumstances will complete vises be war­ranted without prior authorization. Vises have lifetime warranties on their back and front castings and on their base plates. Jaw faces, screws, main vise nuts and other parts of the vise do wear out and are only warranted for one (1) year.

Strut Tools and Strut Tool Adapters

Limited Warranty

NAPA Specialty Strut Tools and Strut Tool adapters are guaranteed for fitness and merchantabili­ty for a period of 90 days with proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt). Under no circumstances will Strut Tools or Strut Tool Adapters be warranted unless accompanied by appropriate sales receipt.

Torque Sticks Limited Warranty

NAPA Specialty Tools TorqueMaster Torque Sticks are guaranteed for fitness and merchantability for a period of one year with proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt). Do not warranty an entire set when only one component needs adjustment. Individual torque sticks are available for warranty replacement. Under no circumstances will Torque Sticks be warranted unless accompanied by appropriate sales receipt.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
