Limited Warranty Policy

NAPA Thermostats warrants each new thermostat sold to be a workable device for the use intend­ed. Within one year of the date of purchase, NAPA Thermostats shall replace, without charge, any thermostat which, upon inspection at its factory, is determined to have been defective in material or workmanship. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
