I'm a military man stationed in Germany, and at times it's hard to find certain parts over here. I was in the states a couple of weeks ago and I picked up some parts that I needed. Unfortunately, one of the parts I picked up wasn't the right one. I EXPLAINED TO THE TECHNICIAN THE LOCATION AND TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY THE PART THAT I NEEDED. HE WAS UNCERTAIN OF THE PART, BUT HE WENT OUT OF THE WAY BY REQUESTING MY VIN NUMBER TO CALL GM TO ENSURE WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME PART. WITH THE UNCERTAINTY GOING ON IN THE WORLD TODAY, I WAS GETTING MY WIFE'S CAR IN THE BEST SHAPE POSSIBLE IN CASE OF MY UNFORTUNATE DEPLOYMENT.
