D&M Auto Parts Corp takes advantage of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all transactions that require personal information. The industry standard for security, SSL scrambles user data, including names, credit card numbers, and addresses, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. As you navigate through the site, you will be notified with pop-up messages when the information you are submitting will be sent via SSL. You can also check the security of your Internet session by looking at the bottom of your browser; if a "locked" padlock icon appears, you are on a secure page; if the padlock icon is "unlocked," you are not on a secure page.

What is a Master Pack?
Master Pack are bulk packaged filters. They are packed and sold in cases and are sold only by the case. Oil filters are 12 per case, and air filters 6 per case. Quantities ordered in less then cases will be changed to the regular filter packing at posted prices. All Master Packs have an MP after the part number.
What is a Core?
Cores are a charge for your old unit added on some remanufactured items. Old units(cores) can be returned to us for credit. Cores must be in rebuildable condition, returned in the original boxes and accompanied by a receipt or note, stating they are cores being returned for credit.
What is NAPA's 2nd Line?
NAPA's 2nd. Line are competitively prices items designed to meet competitive situations. They are often produced by the same manufacturers to different specs, and are sometimes imported. In some cases there are 2nd and 3rd choices, such as brakes.
How many to I order?
Quantities vary depending on the product with some examples below.

- Brake shoes and pads are sold in sets, one box will do two wheels.
- Brake rotors and drums are sold individually, and should be replaced in pairs.
